I sometimes want to view multiple tickets at once, but in order to do this I have to open another browser session. Is there a way to accomplish this without having to login to multiple instanc...

That is what I am attempting to do (open either a new tab or window), however, that command combination doesn't work on a Windows keyboard.

Thanks for confirming you are trying to open a new tab/window. I've reached out to a few teams internally to see if there are other solutions. In the meantime, can you confirm you also tried holding the CTRL key while clicking the link since you're on a Windows machine?
