Hi Community! If you ever need to get ahold of the Equinix Community team, here's a couple ways you can get in touch with us. Meet the team! We come from different teams in Equinix, but we're part of the Equinix Community! If you need to get ahold of us, you can visit the Meet the Team page and click on our photos to see each of our profiles. Email Us! This is the most private, direct way to email all of the Community team at one time. If you send an email toCommunity@equinix.comyou will have engaged all of the team members above. We’re excited to welcome the Equinix Developer Forum members into our community soon! We’ll be migrating the Equinix Developer Forum into the Equinix Community on December 12, 2023. As part of the migration, we’ll be moving the existing discussions from the Developer Forum into the Community discussions.To do the migration, Community.Equinix.com will have scheduled maintenance on December 12, 2023. Groups are a new tool here on the Equinix Community. Groups contain targeted discussions about a particular topic or subject. In order to join a Group, you must first determine if the group ispublic,private, orhidden. To join apublic Group, such as the Accessibility Improvements Group, click on the group and click the "Join Group" button. To join aprivate Group, click on the Group with the "closed" designation, and click the "Send Request to Join" button. If you are aware of ahidden Group, you must contact the Group's owner or a Community administrator to be added manually. In any of the Group types, you must be a member in order to post to that Group.A video guide to the Equinix Community

Groups are divided into three categories -- public, private, and hidden. Public Groups can be joined and read by any user regardless of role, rank, or sign-in status. Private Groups can only be read by members of the Group. To join a private Group, click on the Group and select the button to request membership. Membership is controlled by the Group's moderator. Hidden Groups can only be read and accessed by members of the Group, who are manually managed by the Group's administrator. In all cases, posting content to a Group is contingent upon being a member of that Group.
